in brief

I'm a food editor, cookbook author, recipe developer, and teacher. I am also the chief executive officer of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP). I live in Portland, Oregon, and thereby have access to fantastic agricultural bounty, exquisite hand-crafted food, and a right jolly restaurant scene.  

 

 

 


I'm available for projects

I'm always open to new projects, and I love to work with like-minded collaborators. Here's a partial list of capabilities:

  • Co-write or ghost-write cookbooks
  • Consult on cookbook proposals 
  • Write copy for advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Translate cookbooks and culinary texts from French to English
